Free Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Please view our map for more delivery area information
  • We reserve the right to refuse any sale
  • We only sell to UK mainland (excluding Highlands & Islands & some areas in Scotland) as we use our delivery drivers
  • We do not deliver to specific time slots, on Saturdays, Sundays & bank holidays
  • We will contact you the day before delivery to let you know your order is on the way (multi drop van)
  • We only do ground floor, door step deliveries unless an installation is agreed before purchase
  • Please note that there must be access / parking for a HGV (heavy goods van)
  • All our products are bespoke custom made to order
  • We do no accept returns or cancellations on bespoke custom made to order products
  • On rare occasions an item may not be available with the manufacturer when we place our order
  • If delivery time exceeds estimated dates, we will inform you and let you know if it is possible to cancel the order

Installation Terms & Conditions

  • Orders delivered may be flat pack for self assembly

Unsuccessful Deliveries Terms & Conditions

  • Unsuccessful delivery/ redelivery due to items being unable to be delivered between the agreed times will be charged at £25 ex VAT per item
  • If a custom made to order item is refused we will hold your goods for 1 month before disposing of the item. Within this time it is your responsibility to arrange collection or pay for a redelivery charge

Returns (Furniture) Terms & Conditions

  • All of our furniture is custom made to order
  • We do not accept returns or cancellations on custom made to order furniture as the furniture goes into a manufacturing process
  • If the goods are damaged you have a period of 1 day to inform us of any damage and we will replace the damaged goods
  • Refunds take 5 to 10 working days directly through our payment providers

Returns & Refund (Stationary) Terms & Conditions

  • You have a period of 14 days (the “Cancellation Period”) to cancel your order. The Cancellation Period begins the day after the day the Goods are delivered to you
  • You will then have 28 days to return your order to us
  • Please contact us before returning your item so we may give you the correct delivery information for the product
  • Once we have received your return we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to the original payment method

Furniture Colour / Finishes Terms & Conditions

Due to differences in brightness, contrast, and colour on different display screens, the furniture finishes are for guidance only

Communication Terms & Conditions

We will contact you regarding your order and may also contact you to see if there are any other products we offer that may interest you. If you are not interested in any other products please let us know and we will not contact you.
