Job Position: Customer Service Assistant (22.5hrs)

The successful applicant should be punctual, organised and able to prioritise work. The candidate should also be able to work well using his or her own initiative as well as part of a team and have an excellent telephone manner.

Position
Customer Service Assistant. This role is to work in a team of five, and will include answering the phones to customers, dealing with orders, queries, quotes and product information. Some product sourcing, informing customers of back orders and discrepancies with orders. Internal Support of Sales representatives.

This working day will be from 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Wednesday.
